   I use Archway for MOT and Servicing as it is a reliable and friendly garage. Today my car would not start so I rang Archway. He said battery will be flat I’ll organise a new one for you. Within an hour he was at my house which is nearby, and fitted new battery for me. If that’s not great service I don’t know what is!!

   Mark has been dealing with my cars for many years. When he got Archway garage he deserved every bit of success. Him and his team are great mechanics. The waiting room is comfortable with drinks and biscuit available. I would recommend Archway Motors to anyone.

   I always feel uncomfortable going to a garage but this is the second time I have used archway motors for a puncture repair and felt so at ease. I came in with my little girl who was off school unwell and a lovely lady kindly helped her to juice in the waiting room and offered her a children's kit to play with whilst we waited. Fab friendly staff I really appreciated it.

   This place was able to fit in my car for an urgent check/repair very quickly, when my usual garage couldn't. Received top class customer service, and at a very reasonable price. Before leaving, I mentioned what I thought was a minor issue, as 2 other garages had told me there was nothing to worry about. One mechanic, very familiar with Insignias, informed me of what the problem could be, & that it could turn into a very expensive repair, affecting several other parts of the car. Not only did they subsequently find, and fix, the problem; they caught it before major damage had been done, resulting in a much smaller bill. Really impressed with their skill, and their honesty, as they could easily have charged me for the work that wasn't required. Will definitely be using this excellent garage for all our future vehicle requirements.

   Had an issue with my exhaust and the mechanic kindly came out and secured it for me so I could drive it up the road to get it repaired at their garage. They quickly gave me a solution and a quote which was reasonably priced and I had the car back in less than 24 hours. Can't fault the service and appreciate them driving down to my house to assess the damage to make sure it was safe for me to drive.

   A few weeks ago my breaks ceased when I was travelling for work. I was round the corner and didnt know if the car would make it! They sent a mechanic round to me and he test drove the car and ensured I could drive safely to the garage. What an amazing garage this is and they were so helpful! Once I arrived at the garage I was made very comfy in a warm waiting area that had so many refreshments and magazines to keep me entertained whilst they worked on my car. Jimmy the dog also kept me company and kept checking on me. Fast, reliable and very efficient mechanics! Can not praise them enough! After the day I had, I needed to meet these guys to restore the bad day I had and as a bonus left with a box of chocolates to continue my journey! Thanks so much!!! Top customer services from all sides! X
