   What a nightmare we have to go through buying a truck from Sparrow Recovery!!! I took out a loan and purchased Iveco Daily recovery truck from Sparrow Recovery. The first issue I noticed was that the vehicle's mileage false and misleading. Declared mileage on the sales listing was 277000 kilometres (Warranted) when the actual mileage on the dashboard showed 483513 kilometres. Slight difference only right? After raising my concerns about the significant discrepancy, I was told that the mileage was incorrect due to a recent tachograph device replacement. James, the owner of Sparrow Recovery, promised to send proof of the correct mileage within a few days. However, this never happened. Instead, they refused to resolve the mileage issue and agreed to accept the truck back for a full refund. I understand they decided to take the truck back and my only understanding is because something illegal had been done to alter the truck's mileage. Otherwise they would’ve been sorting the issue rather than requesting to return the truck back. And of course they didn’t bother that this ridiculous situation caused me a financial loss of several thousand pounds due to loan interest I no longer needed to pay. From my personal experience, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a truck from Sparrow Recovery to triple-check the vehicle's history, especially the mileage, to avoid buying a vehicle with a misrepresented odometer reading.

   Absolute life savers, Pete and Johnny saved the day for our charity by recovering our catering bus which produces hot meals for the elderly. When they found out what the bus was used for they carried out the recovery free of charge! A fantastic gesture and a great set of lads. Extremely professional, friendly and polite, and a very speedy service. Highly recommended.
