   A pleasure to deal with howdens runcorn from Anna who designed my kitchen to the staff in the shop .All were very helpful and pleasant nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

   Some items were broken on delivery, others were missing. They refused to deliver missing items and replacements and asked for more money. Poor customer service once they get your money.

   Terrible all round service. Started off promising by requesting a visit to the Runcorn branch. The team booked us in with Anna who would be our design appointment for a 4pm slot. Come the evening of the appointment we arrived 5 minutes early and was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who was polite and said that he would take us to see Anna who was waiting for us. My wife and I were taken to the appointment room only to be rudely dismissed and told to come back in 10 minutes. Not a great start. We obliged and went to view the showroom. We were then found by our designer who was now ready for us. First thing we were asked was what’s our budget, low.. medium or high. We replied with we do not know yet. Our designer began to rudely say ‘if you don’t give me a price range then I can’t help you’ one of the many lovely remarks made. We brushed them off and proceeded to request to do the appointment. I suggested I grab my laptop from the car to help with the dimensions. Whilst I left my wife she was rudely told ‘are you coming in then’ due to wife waiting for my return. When my wife refused to go into the room without me, Anna left in anger. I entered the room to find that the designer had not even had the time to make the floor plan, even though I had sent 2 emails of drawings and details weeks prior to my visit. We carried on anyhow and half way through we were asked to make sure we didn’t want in-frame design. We replied with that we wanted in-frame. The designer proceeded to repeat herself to try to convince us of not wanting an in-frame. Finally the realisation of us actually wanting one dawned and the reason she didn’t want us to change as she had set up the incorrect design for our needs and would have to start again. As you can see not the customer service I was expecting from a previous customer of Howdens. We left feeling rather un-optimistic about the whole process but were promised our design would be sent next day. One week later no design, so I chase and receive and email saying there was a power cut so it would be sent the following day. Another week goes by and no design. Chase again to be told the design was corrupted and she would need to redo and send. Again promised next days. Another week goes by (3 in total) I chase again only to receive the price and pictures. No cost breakdown and limited info. Requested the info and now being ignored. Not happy and will be taking the business elsewhere. I would certainly ask for anyone but Anna. Shame on Howdens.

   The team at Runcorn was fantastic and I could not have asked for a better experience. They could not have been anymore helpful and went out of their way at every stage to accommodate what I wanted to achieve and within the short timeframe that I had to do it in. Sean and Serena were amazing at advising and helping to choose exactly what would work best for me and my budget and I could not be any happier with the outcome, the kitchen looks stunning and exactly what I wanted. I will be recommending to all friends and family to visit the Runcorn team and to choose a Howdens kitchen.

   Great service from Runcorn depot. Professional from measuring up through to delivery. Patient with us when we changed our design a couple of times through indecision! Happy with our new kitchen would definitely recommend to anyone.
