   Rubys salons smells like petrol and she picks and choose to do ur hair also and she very rude and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there next time. She tried to play games with me telling me that her shops is closed and all I ask her if I can come for belly piercing and she kept telling me to come tomorrow and when i went there she didn’t even do it properly or even ask me where I want it and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there because she was touch all the studs without any gloves.She did the treatment without the gloves were I found it unhygienic also my belly piercing wasn’t even straight it was bend.

   Went to get my eyebrows done. The lady rushed the waxing and was very aggressive. I had to tell her to use scissors to neaten the brows. The salon was very dirty. Hair and chemicals on the floor. Cobwebs on the ceilings. Won’t be visiting again.

   Worst service ever £250 for hair colour that didn’t even turn to what I wanted for 3 tones in hair feel like crying. I have learnt not to trust anyone and not to give respect more then they deserve. Look at the cut she did such a shame ruined my hair

   A few weeks ago I went to this place to have my hair coloured. The towels used to dry my hair were dirty and unclean. I felt disgusted having my hair done in such an unhygienic environment. The owner couldn't make up her mind about how much she wanted to charge, she kept increasing the price. The salon itself is not clean at all, it's messy and unclean. Within a few weeks my Grey's popped out again when I was promised that my colour would last for a long time. I am highly disappointed with the service I received at this salon, I would not recommend it to anyone. Please refrain from using this place.

   Went in to have my nose pierced and i loved it. There were 2 lovely ladies there and they were really fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend as they seem really professional and better than where I was going to get my nose pierced from. They have 2 options, either piercing gun or needle. Very helpful and friendly. :) :) :)
