   They fixed my car right up and it's been working well ever since - and charged me significantly less than what I was expecting it to cost. They took a very bad experience I was having and turned it into a good experience, and I can't express my appreciation for them enough. Definitely consider them for your needs.

   I used One Stop Garage for my MOT and they said it failed on the brake pins. They quoted me £180 to complete the work. When i went to collect my car they said the outstanding amount was £280 and said it took longer then they thought. I refused to pay the additional £100 as I'd be quoted £180, they said if i didn't pay the amount in full i wouldn't get my car back. Left with no option but to pay i drove my car home only to realise my brakes weren't right. I took my car for a second opinion to Kwik Fit. They said the brakes were binding. Therefore, One Stop Garage not only ripped me off but they didn't even resemble my brakes properly. I warn you this garage is not reputable and are con artists. Please don't use

   What can I say except brilliant service. I took my Jaguar in for some work and Mark & his team were very courteous and I was informed all the way on what was happening. I was greeted with a smile and asked how I was which I thought added the personnal touch. My final bill was very competitive so unsure why others say they were overcharged but One Stop has a customer for life. Great Job all round.

   Very expensive and dishonest I had my water pump changed here at a cost over £100 more than other garages in the area but I needed the car doing as soon as possible so swallowed the extra as the car was with them already. I asked them to check the front breaks was told they are fine nowt wrong with them, I said there is a light on the dash showing they needed looking at 30 mins later I got a call saying I needed new disks and pads I thought this was a bit suspect after being told there fine. They quoted £237.37 which is more expensive than BMW direct. I check the brakes my self and seemed fine and took them to another BMW to be sure and they said there fine its just not even half way down the pads it was just that the mileage was not reset the last time they were changed as they recommend changing every 43k.

   My car is not only old (2001) but rare. It is my lifeline and Marc & Stacey could not have been more helpful in finding the replacement parts I needed to get it through its MOT. At last I have found a family run business I feel I can trust. Very pleased with the service they provided and would highly recommend.
