In my business information is chargeable. I called Paul expecting to be charged for advice, but to my surprise he never charged me for his valuable advice. He fixed my washing machine without setting foot on my premises. Saving me £300 for a new machine. Excellent service and I will promote his service to all my followers.
I contacted Paul when my oven was tripping the electric. The oven is only just over 2 years old and the appliance company we bought it from wouldn’t help. We’d had the fan replaced previously and so thought the issue was the same, as the noise it made before completely going last time had returned. However, Paul took time to ask questions and suggested I check what setting the issue was happening on, and run it on all the other settings too, to help identify the problem. Before he came out to look at the oven, we’d had numerous phone calls and emails to see if I could avoid the additional cost of having him attend to diagnose the issue by talking through it together. From these calls, Paul suggested the problem was not the fan as had been previously diagnosed and supposedly fixed, but the heating element around the fan. My oven is an import so sourcing the part also proved challenging. However, Paul took the time to research and found a supplier. It was delivered quite quickly, and Paul arranged to fit it the following day. We really couldn’t ask for better service. My oven now works with no issues and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Paul’s services again for any other appliance issues we may have. Highly recommended!

Superb service! Paul talked me through trying various options (on a Sunday) when my washer dryer stopped working. He came out to repair the machine and was very quickly able to remedy the problem. Brilliant, reliable service - thank you Paul.

Brilliant service from start to finish Having been messed around by John Lewis for over 3 months, Paul came and replaced our oven within the week. He was great, very friendly, very professional and absolutely went the extra mile. Paul will be the first and only person we go to in the future. Outstanding!
I originally contacted Paul about my washer, unfortunately due to it's age and the problem, Paul advised me to put the money towards an new one. We were also having an issue with the dryer which I mentioned to Paul and he was very helpful in trying to advise how we could try and sort the issue ourselves. Unfortunately it did actually need a new pump, so Paul fitted that and also cleaned out the pump housing unit the next day when we were unable to resolve the issue ourselves. I found Paul to be extremely helpful, pleasant and offered a prompt service. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else needing his services to repair a broken appliance and will be sure to use him again if the need arises.
Paul returned my call on a Bank Holiday when our washer froze. He downlaoded our user manual and was about to talk me through a basic simple fix remotely. Wouldn't take any payment. Would highly recommend Paul as an honest skilled tradesman.
