   Disgusting. I'd actually hive it ZERO stars. The area was very scruffy. The door to the rooms was difficult to find. We didn't even unpack. The toilet seat had URINE on it, the bed had tiny insects on the mattress. The headboard was broken and ripped. The fridge was leaking all over. WE had to book another hotel that night. The owner doesn't care. I've sent 8 messages, tried 6 phone calls and an email.. He keeps ignoring and saying he'll refund that day. Still waiting 3 weeks later. He goes silent on the phone. AVOID these apartments !!

   The people who own the place were nice enough but the room was awful. There was water damage on the ceiling, the sockets were upside down, the bathroom constantly smelled of sewage and we couldn’t shower because the water was either ice cold or boiling hot. The shower taps were also upside down. The walls were so thin we could feel the vibration whenever someone walked up the stairs in the building. The bed was brick hard and squeaked anytime we moved and the room was stuffy and hot despite not having the heating on. At night, the fridge would click at random points, enough that we couldn’t sleep. We had to leave the extractor fan on to disguise the other random sounds.

   I cannot recommend the apartment. not even in terms of health. The bedroom was clean and had a window. There were no accessories for cooking and no towels other than those shown. The negative is definitely the noise level. You can hear everything that is being said next door. It's loud all night long and there are no quiet times and it's loud from the street side. So the window cannot stay open. It is also very bright. The door lets the light in and the light is on at 100% in the hallway the entire night. It's so bright that you don't have to turn on any extra lights to get up at night. The shower / bath is very small and moldy. There is also a strong smell of mold. This is definitely not healthy. You can't leave the ventilation running because it's too loud and something is always drafting into the bedroom.

   Clean room and bathroom, lots of amenities provided for the price. Parking is a little difficult to find, had to eventually park on the road.

   Really cosy and clean. Hosts are very friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Although the area itself is a little dirty, but not a reflection at all of Manchester Living itself.

   Nice flat. Very clean. All basic amenities. Very good heating. No fuss check in and check out. Free parking but it's on street and not dedicated to the property.
