   Excellent service from everyone at S & D Ireland, went in to order a new oven and the guy was super nice and helpful, stock was coming in on the Monday morning and we had it delivered, installed and old one taken away by lunchtime! Highly recommend, can’t fault them!

   I am extremely unhappy with the product my elderly mum bought. Mum won’t listen, and I told mum buy new. She only saved around 50 pound anyway and could have had a “legal, and binding guarantee” Now? Mum has been spoken to and treated extremely poorly with the “shoddy appliance” complained and had the awful experience of having to speak to a unprofessional, rude, and unapologetic sales person, or whoever it was in the phone. Avoid at all costs. Overpriced shoddy appliances. I would have gone to AO, John Lewis, with excellent customer service and a legal guarantee. Avoid at all costs…. Pay the extra 100-200 and never buy from this place. If I knew mum was going this cowboy, I would have gone to a professional store/ online company. NEVER would have allowed her to go there. Mums old and vulnerable. Avoid this place

   Great job by the lads at S.D.Ireland fixing our Hotpoint dishwasher. Wiring harness failed after only 3 years but forget the Hotpoint parts guarantee! These guys fixed it for less!!! Thanks for a great job.

   Absolutely FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our fridge broke down at 3pm Saturday afternoon and we were having friends round for dinner the same evening. We went to Ireland's to collect a new fridge and explained why we needed one. They then told us that we couldn't use the fridge for 24 hours if it had been laid down for transportation and then offered to deliver it before they closed. By 4.15 the fridge was delivered and plugged in ready to go! You simply do not get that personal service off the big name players. Moral of the storey SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SHOPS and keep excellent customer service and small local businesses alive!!!!!

   Amazing first class service from S&D Ireland Ormskirk. We have just purchased an intergrated freezer from them. I was extremely lucky to call up to find what I needed, be professionally advised and have my new appliance delivered in just half a day. This is our second time ordering with S&D Ireland and we will definitely go straight back to them for our future purchases. We cannot recommend them highly enough!    Really pleased with the service I received from Ireland. Ordered undercounter fridge yesterday morning. Fridge was delivered this morning 9 am. I asked Sean if he could remove the door in front of the old fridge as I could not unscrew it. He took the door off. Fitted the new fridge and replaced the door in front of it. He was very pleasant , helpful and friendly. Could not ask for more and I will recommend Ireland to anyone .
