Would not recommend or use this salon again. I booked an appointment for my 4 year old daughter to have the young girls pamper session. My very excited daughter and I arrived for her appointment only to find the salon closed, we waited in case someone was running late but after 15minutes I tried to call and was met with voicemail 3 times. I messaged on social media and was ignored there also. I have yet to receive an apology or explanation. Thankfully a lovely salon down the road was very accommodating and fitted my daughter in going over and above to make her feel special and rectify the upset caused by Belle. Very unprofessional. Avoid.
Kelly is amazing, my 2 Teenage Daughters had the pamper package...Beautiful, cut & blow dry and curls and nails too. Kelly and her team really made them feel special. Thank you! X
