   Adele was professional and made an MOT and Service a smooth and easy process. Currently being 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant, it was great to have such good customer service. I particularly liked how Adele called to identify the work which needed doing and how much this would cost/how much the total bill would cost - prior to starting any work. I was absolutely delighted with the final bill cost, as I was expecting it to be a lot more. It is the first time I have used the Dukeries Test Centre and did so on recommendation by other local people who use it. I will be using the Dukeries Test Centre in future, as I feel their customer service is excellent and the whole process is a super slick, smooth operation!
