   Visited indigo beauty for the first yday for a full body wax. I was quite nervous going somewhere new but immediately felt comfortable as soon as I was let in. I had left a note on my booking and confirmed with my waxer and she said she has read the notes and was fully aware of my request and not to worry. Hardeep was my waxer, she was super friendly, and didn’t make things awkward. She took her time and ensured everything was hair free!    I had an exceptional experience at Indigo Beauty, enjoying a Million Dollar Mask, threading, and a soothing hot stone massage. The one-to-one service was truly outstanding – my therapist remained fully attentive throughout, without any distractions, unlike other clinics where multitasking is common. Her skill, warmth, and professionalism made me feel genuinely valued and cared for. Every step of the treatment was performed with precision and a personal touch, making it well worth the investment. The atmosphere was relaxing, the results were fantastic, and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommended – a well-deserved 10/10.

   I had a Hollywood and full leg wax. The waxing itself was quick and turned out fine, but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable. I was pressured into adding a half-arm wax I didn’t want - when I said I don’t think I need one, the therapist laughed and insisted I did, which made me feel self-conscious and awkward. I ended up agreeing out of discomfort, not choice. I had 2 different people do different waxes and the first person rushed during moments of pain and said she couldn’t stop for a minute when I was in pain because she “had other clients after”, which is not my fault because I booked in advance. I was expecting £50 for a Hollywood and full leg wax which was a good price but then was coerced into paying an extra £18 for a half arm wax which is a very high price (especially since this extra wax took 1 minute). For £68, I expected better professionalism. I wouldn’t come back.

   I have used Indigo Beauty twice now. Everytime I get my wax, I feel so comfortable on the table I can relax so I forget I’m being waxed. She’s very sweet and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly, my lil friend. I also don’t experience ingrown hairs as I follow her aftercare instructions. I book vía Treatwell and it’s very easy to book in .
