i have been using this tanning shop for a while now and the beds bring out a lovely colour tan, the owner is so friendly and the shop is very clean ! would 100% recommend x
I absolutely love this place! The sunbeds are spotless, powerful, and always maintained to a really high standard. The staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They always take the time to explain the best settings for your skin type and give great tanning tips. The shop has a really relaxing vibe and is always beautifully clean — you can tell they really care about their customers. I’ve noticed such a nice, even tan every time I go. Definitely the best sunbed shop around — highly recommend!xx
I have used both the Tanning Studio and Caroline’s beauty (within the studio). The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really friendly. I had never used a sunbed until I came here and was given the correct advice and felt relaxed and welcomed. Carol has done treatments for me from nails to lash lifts and she is professional, friendly and really knows her stuff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Caroline's Hair, Nails & Beauty is the best salon I've been to in Birmingham. I have been there a couple of times in just one month and I will definitely be back. The service is amazing from both Caroline and Angela, they are so friendly and nice each time I go I leave smiling. Not to mention the endless compliments I get on my hair and nails. Truly amazing service for great prices.
If you are after an eyelash perm then please please save your money and your lashes!! I have had my lashes done a few times professionally and have also done them myself but I have never been to this place before and never will again. As lovely as the lady was she had no clue how to perm eyelashes correctly. Firstly, the lady told me to keep my eyes open whilst she was gluing the rod to my eyelid and the eyelashes to this rod. This was so scary having to watch this happen with also the fumes from the glue getting in my eyes which made me feel so uncomfortable. Secondly, from the times I have had my lashes done myself I know the perming solution should only be applied to the roots of the lashes, I took a picture and afterwards could clearly see that it had been applied all over the lashes. This is what would easily frazzle my lashes. Thirdly, when the rod was removed no solution was used to help remove this so it felt like all my eyelashes were being ripped out! After I looked in the mirror I wasn’t happy at all but the lady did not seem sure herself as to why the lashes had not curled very much. I went back to the shop to try and get my money back as I really wasn’t very happy and the lady said they do not give refunds and she offered to perm them again!! If the lady knew anything about eyelash perming she should have known that perming them again would be very dangerous for the lashes!!! All in all I was not very pleased and will stick to perming my own eyelashes as I do a much better job.
Caroline did a fantastic job on my eyelashes. Lashes lasting well and Caroline is such a lovely lady. Nice relaxed atmosphere in salon and great that they offer so many different services. One stop shop for everything. Going back to get my hair done next!
Hate going to the hairdressers, always fancy a different style, yet ALWAYS end up saying " just a trim please". Went yesterday to have roots, cut and blow dry. Colour looks great, and actually went with the advice given and had a completely different style which I am absolutely over the moon with. Lovely place, very relaxed and friendly. Will definitely recommend. Prices are good too.
