   I strongly advise landlords to avoid Daniel. He completely mismanaged our commercial property. If Daniel offers to prepare your lease agreement, do not accept.you can be put in serious risk — always seek proper legal advice. He is quick to shift responsibility onto landlords, Be very careful.    Lady called Sarah needs to go on a course for her poor customer service skills! Arranged a viewing to come a view a property (LDN to MAN) rang the estate agent asking where the property is located i was on the right street just unable to locate property so I asked if the estate agent doing the viewing can call me abruptly told no by “Sarah” and told to just wait?! Exactly doesn’t make sense had to stay the night to view the property following morning. Glad the property im in has been taken oven by a new estate agent. No landlord should bother using this estate agent! Terrible, shocking and rude idiots.

   Decided not to go forward with the application because my flat mate failed checks despite being honest, this legally is classed as them pulling out, and refused to give holding deposit back illegally. Have had to make a small claims court claim. They then illegally breached my data, putting my personal and private information on the internet. They refused to compensate us for this, which has led to another court claim having to be made. They claim we have not completed the application, but they have refused to sent the correct application form, so we have been unable to complete the correct form. The court are being made aware of this. Will update this post when we win, but my lawyer has said there is no way we will not win this case in court. Please please please AVOID or you may find yourself hundreds of pounds down and homeless.

   I have now been a tenant, a landlord and a vendor through Hyde, and chose them specifically to rent out and then sell my house after my experience as a tenant. They are a great team, and have a high attention to detail which meant I felt my property and subsequent sale were in safe hands. I have really appreciated their communication which as a first time seller with lots of questions has been really valuable.

   I rented through Hyde for 7yrs. Any problems and they were sorted straight away. The fence came down in a storm and it was fixed within 3 days. My light fitting in bathroom broke and that was replaced within a few days, i cant fault how efficiently they deal with repairs, they are spot on. Dave is on site regularly checking everything is tidy and sorting any maintenance problems, hes a lovely genuine guy. The grounds and communal areas are kept immaculate. I would rent through Hyde again if i needed to. After leaving i got my deposit back no problems. I was actually sorry to go. If you want a descent company to rent or buy through, consider Hyde, they took the stress out of renting for me personally.
