Worst place to take kitchen from . Never told me about delivery charge only find out after 1 month . Charge me double for wrong size door they send and the man on the phone was so rude is unbelievable. Howdens is really good kitchen company but this branch better to stay away from.
Went in to fetch a product a customer had paid for on my account. Perfect. Added another order for my builder which should have had a security check as it’s a credit account. Made that clear. Didn’t care and just added it anyway without calling them. When I came to load the van there were 3-4 staff available to help but they were too busy on a Friday afternoon talking to help me load my van. I’ve dealt with 30-40 howdens over the uk. This in the top 5 of the worse customer service I’ve come across. It seems like it’s an inconvenience to give you there business. You guys need to step your game up

Went to plan our kitchen. The wonderful staff who treated us like royalty were endlessly helpful and a pleasure to be with. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very happy with our experience.
Service ok, with the consultant. No pressure sales. Kitchen is lovely and good quality, but my delivery was messed up with loads of things not coming initially. When it came to fitting, wrong items had been delivered.
