You go in for soap powder and come out with garden furniture and an elephant solar light for the garden... I shouldn't be let loose in the to be honest .... Best shop ever

I really enjoy visiting this store. The store is large and the shelves are always full even during the pandemic. There are loads of Christmas offers on at the moment and I can't wait to see what will be available into the new year. Always a good place to find gift or house hold items. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help whenever I have had any questions.

Nice size shop lots of things to choose from with good prices. Car park is large but can get very busy as shared with McDonald’s and pets at home. Has a large food and homeward section but a small diy section compared to some other stores.

This is a popular store, it is almost always busy. There are a couple of staff members that are friendly (and some that look like you are in the wrong for being there). There is one guy in particular, he has dark curly hair. He gives good old fashioned customer service. He is approachable, friendly and I aim for the till he is on, because of his demeanour. The other members of staff should take notes from him! Decent enough store, with good prices and decent stock. I see people have said that they open extra tills when needed, but I have seen on many occasions, where they don't open more and just manage as they are and keep the long queues and some of them can be pretty slow. I don't think it is very professional when you are being served at the till and the person serving you is chatting to another staff member, it is rude, but it happens quite a bit in this store. I still like the store, I still shop there and would probably recommend it to friends. But there are aspects that they could work on.

Good sized store plenty to choose from, unfortunately they are selling this candle set which is dangerous, it smashed apart when the tea light was burning as shown on the photo.
