   After waiting an hour with a very distressed 1 year old at night, driver was instructed to leave us stranded as the insurance company had refused recovery. The insurance company was contacted, and spoke to the driver who confirmed they authorised recovery. When the driver contacted his control room, they instructed him to leave us stranded before terminating the call with their driver. Very poor service.
