Terrible company to deal with when renting. Saltsman constantly refuse to have works done on the properties they are meant to manage. From a broken washing machine waste pipe, leaking gutters to the boiler not working Saltsman refuse to undertake repairs leaving a good paying tenant freezing with no hot water or heating. There way of dealing with complaints is to put the rent up and ignore repair requests. After constantly complaining i was issued a section 21 eviction notice despite never missing a rent payment. As with previous comments the so called manager kevin says one thing lying to your face and does another. They threatened i would be left homeless for asking for repairs to be done. Keen enough to to take there cut of the rent yet fail to keep up with there obligations to do repairs. Then have the nerve to try and delay my deposit. Good job to the DPS.
I recently sold a property with the help of Saltsman & Co. I found the process of dealing with them very easy and straightforward. We found ourselves in tricky circumstances when our chain collapsed when a purchaser for our property withdrew.
