Not the best experience and owner of the garage has an attitude and very rude . I took my car there for a DPF pressure sensor change after a recent diagnostic check confirmed this was the issue . I phoned the garage previously before using there services and explained the issues that a recent diagnosis was done which confirmed the prssure sensor to DPF was faulty and needed replacing. The young person I had spoken to on the phone said they couldn't source the part for me, so i source the part myself from mercedes which the garage accepted to fit for me. There was no mention that they need to do there own diagnostic checks beforehand and this was never suggested. 3 days light after fitting the light came so I took the car back but the owner became very arguementive and said it wasn't there responsibility as I had the diagnostic elsewhere. Why agree to fit the part in the first place then !!! if that was the case . I won't be using the garage again or recommend particular as the owner was abrupt and rude .
Recommended to me by a friend... ist class service. Great prices...very happy with my MOT and repairs...I'll be back in the new year for a full service...:)
