   Got super lucky that they managed to fit me in on the day and I’m so glad they did. It was my first time at Regis but it definitely won’t be my last since its one best haircuts I’ve had in Birmingham, I’m honestly so chuffed with my new hair! Catherine went above and beyond with my cut, and was so helpful when discussing what I wanted to be done with my hair, brilliant service honestly. I’ll definitely be back asap for my next hair cut!

   I have been using this Salon for 19 years, and Dalel has cut my hair every single time. Dalel is very welcoming, she has great professionalism, extremely skilled and I always walk away delighted. Dalel is the most-hard working and always gives great care and attention to my needs from entering to leaving. Dalel is an asset and should be commend for all her services over the years.    I have lovely memories about Regis. My hairdresser was Paolo, though I was fortunate to have my hair styled by Dalal, Cathrine and Lauren as well. My last appointment I missed as it was my last working day at my school (it moved from 20th to 16th due Your Majesty’s Funeral). The worst thing about it was that I assured that I will be there by 1, but I arrived at 4, without any notice, so I missed my appointment, my deposit and my excitement of a new hair style. Still I have a lovely blow dry by my dearest Paolo, who cheered me up through this challenging year. I wish Regis the best.

   I was lucky enough to get an appointment at short-notice with Delal. I am so very happy with my colour (highlights) and cut and feel 10 years younger! Karen makes everyone welcome and there is a really friendly feel in the salon. Delal listened to my requirements and offered knowledgeable advice and help about my colour and style which I appreciate as I don’t have any hairstyling skills myself! She did a fabulous blow dry too, The salon felt safe regarding Covid. I would definitely recommend this conveniently located salon in the city centre. Thank you so much and will be seeing you soon.

   Dalel is honestly the best hairdresser you could have. Iv been her client since I first went and loved the outcomes every time I visit. She is a miracle worker on hair and helps you achieve the colour you like. For me personally she was very supportive in helping me choose a colour for my hair that suits my complexion. My whole family, workplace and friends loves the results every time I walk out of Regis and always get complimented. I have recommended her to everyone who asks. She gives the best advice in helping maintain the hair colour and treatment. Also she has great customer service skills and made me feel comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. Each of my appointments I look forward to and always have a laugh with her.
