I cannot begin to put into words the positive experience i had with selling my late Mother's house through Ian Tonge Property Services in High Lane. I live 240 miles away from the house being sold, but whenever I needed any help, no matter what it was, Tonge's stepped in. Apart from their invaluable advice, they also arranged for a Pest Control person to visit to deal with a mouse infestation, arranged an electrician to visit when there was an electrical problem, and arranged for a heating and plumbing engineer to visit. They even offered to visit the house on a weekly basis and check it over in order to validate the house insurance. This was all done at no extra cost. Without Tonge's and their constant updates and help I don't know how I would have managed. I would not hesitate therefore, to recommend Ian Tonge Property Services. They are simply the best!

I rang yesterday to register to be on the books for rental properties, to see if they had anything, and explain my current situation. Whilst they couldn't help me yesterday with a property - the lovely chap I spoke to, took time to listen to my situation, and offer guidance - which I am grateful for. I have had other lettings agents make me feel like a second class citizen at times, but this person didn't. Hopefully, a suitable rental property will come up for me soon.
Recently used Ian Tonge, Hazel Grove, for the sale of my Mother's home. From the initial valuation with Jason right through to the completion, which was fraut with complications, they were very efficient. Madeleine kept me in the loop through the whole process. Excellent service, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Well if I was selling a property I certainly wouldn't use them. I made an offer on a property at the guide price and never heard from them again.
Extremely friendly and hard working estate agents, of which nothing was too much trouble. As soon as we met Jason we knew we wanted to use Ian Tongue. He was honest and friendly and at no point did he try to try any kind of hard sell to use their service (other estate agents did and we didn't like their non personal approach) He was in constant contact throughout the sale and his photos and virtual tour were outstanding. He made our house look amazing, so much so we nearly didn't want to sell! An extremely professional service which resulted in a sale well over asking price. Most of all we liked Jason and his honest, laid back approach. We can't thank him and his team enough.
