   Came here today 29/11/25 wanted to buy a pair of boots took one up to counter as no staff actually on shop floor. Was totally ignored by staff to busy out back having a personal chat to serve customers clearly. Didn’t get the boots. Their loss not mine as will go to sketchers that have staff that are visible not hiding out the back. Would have given zero stars but wouldn’t let me would not recommend this branch of sketchers in Bromley .

   After having a not so helpful experience with the first lady that was sent to help us we almost left the shop disappointed however we encountered a lovely gentleman called Hayden who went above and beyond and helped my mum without hesitation and we ended up buying the perfect shoes for my mum. This was an amazing example of customer service that keeps a customer loyal thank you.

   Bought a pair of ladies shoes today, after trying many pairs. Only one member if staff, Dan, of at the busy store because of lunchtime. Dan gave an exceptional service despite being alone. Serving everyone calmly. pleasantly and politely without getting flustered. Thank you for a fine service, Dan. Highly recommended.

   Staff are a combination of lazy, rude and incompetent. Refuse to go anywhere near this Bromley store and now only order on line. Why shop complain about online competition is beyond me, when they simply cannot be bothered.

   Fantastic salesman. His name is Jacob and he is the best salesman I have ever encountered. He couldn't do enough for us and was professional, informative and friendly, A credit to Skechers and the Bromley branch. Ask for him by name and he is the supervisor. Hang on to him please.

   The staff are absolutely clueless in this store they are useless don’t think they are given any training they cannot answer even simple questions they have no clue about stock levels they go to stock room and are gone for over 10 minutes just to look for a size 7 trainer I think that in todays climate the staff in this store are very lucky to have a job they are letting sketchers done very badly they store was empty I was the only customer 2 of the staff just stood talking to each other and totally ignored me I will not be visiting this store again with such appalling service this store offers I cannot see it surviving

   You get the trainers for all purposes, Casual, Walking, Running, etc. Pricing seems to be a little higher compared to Adidas and other brands. But the quality is the difference for the cost of the product.

   Shoes are great! Would’ve given 5 stars for the shoes alone but the staff now are so unprofessional and managers clearly have no control or care! Definitely a negative change of atmosphere since my visit this time last year.
