   Always a fantastic experience with Jatinder at Bliss. She always takes time to make sure you are happy and is so nice and friendly. I've had Dermatalogica facials, eyebrow thread and tint and shellac hands and feet done before, all of which have been excellent. Highly recommended!

   I did my eyebrows here. It was amazingly done. I came to Birmingham few weeks back I was confused that I should take it or I should leave my eyebrows growing as it may but I did it and it was pretty less painful and done very nicely. I would really recommend this studio.

   I've attended Bliss serveral times since the start of the year for laser removal and eyebrow and lash tinting. Jatinder is an absolutely rockstar! She is so warm and welcoming and its clear safety is always at the forefront of her mind. She has never proceeded with any of my treatments without patch testing. The laser treatment has worked wonders. I was a bit hesitant because laser isn't always effective on more melanated skin, but after the first treatment I already saw results. I can't recommend this salon enough.

   Excellent treatments and really friendly service. The ladies managed to get myself and my mom booked in rather last minute, as my original plans for my moms birthday had fallen through a week before the day! When we arrived, they wished her Happy Birthday and took her straight through for treatments. Little things like remembering a customers details, make such a massive difference and are never given enough credit. We both had Indian head massages and reflexology treatments. The treatments were not rushed and were completed with great care. We were made to feel at ease and very relaxed. We both came away with some nutritional information on the back of the reflexology, which is great. An absolutely fabulous experience. We will be returning. Thank you!

   I have been going to Bliss since they first opened their doors and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Love the treatment given, staff are knowledgeable and friendly! During covid, measures have been put in place; from only having one customer at a time and staff wearing the correct protection - feels very safe every time I visit! Congrats to 15 years of happy clients!

   Had a facial. Second time I've had one. Had lots of comments from friends and family about how good my skin looks. Would definitely recommend if you have problems you want looked at or even if you just want to relax as you are given a head and shoulder massage as part of the treatment. Staff very friendly and professional. I've already booked my next one

   I suffer with psoriasis and usually feel uncomfortable getting certain treatments done. However since coming to Bliss Beauty Studio Jatinder and Rosie have been excellent. The service they offer is to a very high standard. Rosie always listens to my concerns and will show a genuine interest in ensuring all treatments are suited to me. So thankful to have met two very professional ladies who are clearly passionate about the service they offer.
