   The salon is amazing. I train here and I can say that this place is extremely helpful and supportive. Furthermore, the staff are welcoming and friendly towards everyone overall giving the place a nice atmosphere to be in. I really do recommend this place for any services you might need!

   I came in for eyebrow threading for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. The salon did not look clean—the surfaces, products, and tools all looked dirty and old. The first lady who worked on me was not dressed professionally, had an unpleasant body odour, and seemed more focused on checking her bus than doing my eyebrows. She did one eyebrow and half of the other before rushing off, saying she would miss her bus, and handed me over to someone else. The second lady asked if I already had missing hair (I didn’t), then tried to justify the uneven shape. Even after finishing, she kept insisting they were even when they clearly weren’t. The first lady denied touching the eyebrow she had worked on, and no one acknowledged the mistake or offered an apology. Other staff also kept insisting it “looked fine,” which was frustrating. I understand hair grows back, but the lack of hygiene, professionalism, and accountability was disappointing. I paid and left, but I would not recommend this salon based on this experience.
