   I have always had great service here the staff are amazing. The walk in service is brilliant. However with the facial threading treatments I have noticed that the staff here are throwing the used threads on the salon floor after doing the client's facial threading treatments and some of these used threads are ending up outside the salon on the ground. This is very unhygienic and messy. What about cross contamination? Why can't this salon put waste bins next to each workstation that does threading and make the beauty therapists doing the threading put the used threads in the waste bins instead of throwing them on the floor?

   I had an amazing experience! Rani did my waxing and facial, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly, cooperative, and made me feel so comfortable. Her facial massage was pure magic – so relaxing that I actually fell asleep during the session! She has such a gentle touch and really knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend her services, I’ll definitely be coming back!

   I go to the West Bromwich branch regularly and would highly recommend this salon! Jassi is amazing, really pays attention to detail be it the eyebrows she's doing, waxing or nails. Thanks Jassi for always doing a brilliant job. Also a big thank you to the owners Raj & Preet who do their best to fit me in around my schedule and who actually know their products/services being offered & provide a really good customer service.
