   Been taking my 2 cars for the last few yrs after a friend recommended them too me. Straight, Honest & nothing to much trouble for these guys. I,ve had bulbs replaced on the spot, in prevous tests. Today car failed MOT in the morning, got it sorted by dinnertime. Phoned for a retest in the afternoon (no charge), Answer was, come straight down. what else can i say. 5 stars thx.

   I don’t even want to give 1 star, but you cannot give 0. So so rude and it is not the 1st time either. Rang them today about fitting a starter motor; asked him on the phone which company was ringing back as I had rang a few companies this morning just to get some quotes. He was not happy about this didn’t even give me chance to carry on my sentence; cut me off and said if that was the case he wasn’t interested and just hung up on me… which is fine, but there are nicer ways to say no thanks and nicer ways to go about things. He then tried to ring me back, maybe to say sorry for the way he spoke to me? I doubt it, but I didn’t answer as I do not want to be spoken to like that. He has done this before with my partner when he was ringing about a gearbox; gave him benefit of the doubt, thought he was having a bad day, but clearly not he is just rude.

   Booked mot, failed on two bulbs. Apparently had no time to fix it until over a week later, so fixed them my self in about 5 minutes, and booked mot elsewhere. Every other garage I've been to has always done it there and then, for something tiny, then ran a retest. Not these guys, just disappointing overall and wont be going back.

   We take both our cars here to get serviced and MOT'd. It is cash only. Easy enough to get booked in and the staff are always honest and fair with us. If you need parts they will phone and discuss it. We once had to get a part which was going to be very expensive so agreed we would source the part and they would fit it but no warranty. I would definitely recommend and if your car fails MOT they can get it sorted usually the same day.

   What a great garage, honest genuine and trustworthy mechanics especially Richard from R H Auto. As a newish driver going to a garage is quite daunting but these guys are so nice and friendly and the work is top notch, i was put at ease immediately. They go above and beyond to sort a vehicle and dont rip you off or over inflate their prices. 5 star experience, thanks guys!

   Shouldn't really put nice things about these guys. Because they'll get busy and I'll never get my car in when I want. But what the hey. Brilliant set up. No cock and bull. No sharp intakes of breath. Just do the job. They don't charge the bug bucks the conglomerates do. Here's to many years of happy motoring for me. Thanks Richard and Paul.
