Shockingly bad company. My mother went today as she has heard some squeaking from her brakes a few times over the course of a month. She was told that last time she had her brake pads changed they didn't do her discs (front) and they've worn out, so therefore her discs and pads need changing £320. Luckily she contacted me to ask if she should go ahead with it. I decided that it would be cheaper and worthwhile to replace the parts myself as I have done the same and more difficult jobs on my own cars. After buying the parts for £62 I took off the tyres to find that both the discs and pads on both sides are clearly not anywhere near worn out. The lip on them was barely noticeable. My mum checked to see if she had a receipt for the last time work was done on the brakes and found the discs and pads were last changed together by a mechanic in 2024 and as it is a small hatchback (Skoda citigo) and she does very few miles per year this checked out. I asked my mum how many times she has heard the squeaking. She said about 5 times in the last month. What my mum should have been told is that there is no issues with her brakes and it can be normal for occasional squeaks to come from the brakes due to a build up of brake dust or moisture/rust after rain, if it's rare and not affecting the function of the breaks it's normal. Not you need a full set of front brakes at £320. Absolutely shocking!

I had an engine / AdBlue warning only 100 miles into a 400 mile journey that I had to make. At the end of my journey the AdBlue warning stated that I only had 350 miles range, even though I had a nearly full AdBlue tank. I consulted the AA and they advised me that I would have to identify a garage to find and fix the fault, or I would have to drive the 400 miles home without turning engine off. I rang several garages and they couldn’t fit me in. Lee at IN’n’OUT told me to bring my car and they would do a diagnosis and attempt a fix. Expert mechanic Dmytro found the fault and fixed it, and I was only charged £60. Both Lee & Dmytro were very professional & friendly and sorted me out at the drop of a hat during a very busy period. There were lots of other customers also getting a prompt service, which is a testament to the quality of service provided by this establishment.

Had service and MOT, with recommended repairs undertaken. Plenty of space in the waiting area with WIFI, coffee and tables. Happy to show any repairs needed and explain why quick to arrange. Clear explanation of process. No stress.

Despite an earlier issues with the online booking service they were able to accommodate me, great customer service kept me in the loop throughout and offered the cheaper solution to one of my cars issues as the first solution which worked! Very happy

Avoid this company at all costs. After a MOT they advised I needed new brake pads which they replaced. Short while later my car was making a funny sound, I took the car to the garage next door as this one was closed (bank holiday) where they found the bolt had not been tightened correctly and could have caused an accident, I was due to go on holiday and drive for over 2 1/2 hours that day. I have tried reaching out to customer services and they haven’t responded, this is normally my go to garage for MOT and service. Very disappointed and won’t be using them again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! - Legal action Taken!!! I beg everyone who reads this review to avoid this company based on my terrible experience with them; - Initial work was undertaken, then delayed due to missing parts - After work was completed, a dramatic Oil Leak was discovered, making the car undriveable - The car was scheduled to be investigated for damage caused, which the booking "couldn't be found", causing further delays - Once "investigated", the Manager denied all responsibility for the issues the poor workmanship had caused, even after verifying with 2x independent specialists the issues were down to the garage - Attempted to charge for the cost of the additional repairs Overall, this issue led me to having no form of transport for over a month, and being significantly out of pocket. The general manager Neil, was arrogant, rude, ignorant, and lacked any form of customer service, with no interest in remediating the problems they had caused. The complaints procedure was a cycle of attempting to reach higher ups, then being passed back down to the GM. For a company that prides themselves on "100% Commitment to Customer Service", they were a disgrace, and have since been reported to various authorities for negligence of duties.

Did an MOT which failed, 7 major defects and 1 minor. Was quoted £525 to repair not including some parts. Took to another garage, showed them the list and price quotes and they laughed that I was getting charged £100 to replace one bolt in a tyre and that they had used fancy wording to make it sound important. In the end it cost me £125 to have an MOT and fix everything needed to pass which was only 3 major defects Definitely get a second opinion

Very bad experience. All 4 brake discs was changed 6 months ago but apparently they wrote that back brake disc has damage. They even wrote that they removed my air freshener from middle mirror... after mot i drive to another garage to change my brake discs. They checked and told its like new with no damage. My car never failed or had any comments on MOT. They do it on purpose because they want you to fix your car in they garage and they attract you with cheap mot £29. I would definitely avoid this place.

For my Mot they made out I needed to spend £700 on my car. It wasn't until I asked "so its failed" that I found out it had actually passed. However that wasn't how they were leading the conversation they made it sound like it had failed and there was a long silence after the list of things he reeled off to me that my car needed but still no comment to say it had passed just what it needed and the costs. I understand they need to up sell products but using my mot as a way to threaten me into buying thing I don't need? Sadly for them I may have been a female on my own and half a sleep after a double shift but I'm not a daft easily led one.
