   Do not listen to RAC or Craig who runs this. Went here with a problem, cost £335 and did not solve the problem. No offer of a refund, just take your car to manufacturer was the advice. Avoid this place.

   My Opel Vivaro camper van broke down and was recovered by the AA to Logix. After thorough investigation it was found that the cause of the engine failure was not detectable without further dismantling of the engine. It was then decided to have the van recovered to The Netherlands. Much to our surprise, Logix stated that they would not charge the hours spent on diagnostic work, because the cause of the failure had not been found yet. I my opinion this showes a high moral standard of this company. It goes without saying that they were fully entitled to charge me for the workshop hours, but they decided not to. Where, in the car repair business, do you find this level of fairness?

   I used Fixter to find this garage, they did my mot which passed and no mention about my breaks then I felt my breaks needed doing a month later they quoted this below I went and got two second opinions I was told this was a ridiculous price and not only that my whole break system doesn’t need replacing.    Absolutely fantastic, could not rate higher. Arrived on holiday for a few days away to have our Audi A6 go into limp mode. The RAC couldn't do anything and recommended Logix to us. They got straight onto it knowing we were stuck without our car, with our family on holiday. The same day that our car went in, they did an amazing job get the car working again so we could continue with our holiday plans the following day and get home safely. Top, caring and genuine service, definitely not rip off merchants. Excellent communication and totally saved us. Thank you so much!
