It was then decided to have the van recovered to The Netherlands. Much to our surprise, Logix stated that they would not charge the hours spent on diagnostic work, because the cause of the failure had not been found yet. I my opinion this showes a high moral standard of this company. It goes without saying that they were fully entitled to charge me for the workshop hours, but they decided not to. Where, in the car repair business, do you find this level of fairness?”
