Very helpful and informative. Dropped in to enquire about aircon check and re-gasing for a new-to-us car, and he tested the system for free, explained the issues and potential costs. Will likely be checking back in for leak test and fix. Very happy and reassured so far. Didn't feel like we were getting our leg lifted or getting a load of flannel.

We have been using Canklow Service Station for 20+ years. Take our car and my mums for their MOTs every year. Recently had a clutch repair, very good price and work done to a high standard. We only trust Canklow Service Station with our car. The staff there are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Canklow Service Station.

Terrible garage with a very rude and horrible set of mechanics. Recently booked in my mini one for a clutch repair. The mini was however dead from being sat for too long and this garage did not have a towing service. So therefore I had to hire out a recovery service. Through working and the car being at my mums. I could not get the car in before the day it was booked in. It was due in on the 15th December at 8am. On the day the recovery I had booked was running late through other jobs. Hence I rang this service station to confirm I could still bring it in. They said yes. Itβs clear that there is zero communication between reception and the mechanics as upon arrival I was greeted by a very rude mechanic saying I missed my slot. And was not willing to find a solution. I found this extremely disheartening particularly as he was violently suggesting I had a week to bring it in. Despite it being dead and my previously mentioned circumstances. Word of advice to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. Absolutely zero customer service. Shocking

Fab service, always have time for you and fit you in! Also let you know of anything to keep an eye on if they see it while doing something else, but not in the kind of βoh you need that fixing weβll do itβ sort of pressuring manner, just genuinely being helpful. It enables you to get more from your car rather than throwing cash about replacing parts that still had a good few months or even years use in them, so very appreciated!:-)

This great garage went out of their way to get our Nissan Micra sorted . The car was in our garage with a really flat and quite old battery.They came to the house ,started it,and we all agreed it was new battery time.They took it to their garage, fitted a very reasonably priced new battery and then brought her back home wow! The guys were so polite,and really efficient. We are very impressed, and will be both using and recommending them .Lovely lady took the payment over the phone.Thank you all so much,you have been amazing!
