Great experience with Parello so far. From viewing to signing the tenancy agreement, the process was quick and efficient. Really appreciate the fast email responses.
Avoid. Was told over a week they would get back to us about a viewing for a property. Never rang, we rang 3 times and the same answer was given and then all of a sudden many people were allowed to view it. We rang the next day to find we're bottom of the list, despite ringing the very day it came up listed. Now the property has been let and we had no chance in viewing no matter how quick to ring up. We're on the verge of living cramped with family, so thanks.

Thank you Ellenbrook Estates! I have recently vacated a property that they managed and they were fantastic throughout the whole tenancy. Upon moving into the property, the property was clean and perfectly presented. During the tenancy we had some maintenance issues. What property doesn’t?! However, Ellenbrook were amazing! I reported the maintenance and this was investigated and actioned almost immediately and I was kept up dated throughout. I would highly recommend. 10/10 service.
Been chasing Nick for photos around a property that they deducted my deposit for. I decided to take on a property with a new AST agreement from Ellenbrook. The property was in need of TLC but I was planning on doing as I would be using it for business purposes so I was happy to do this. Unfortunately, I did not pursue with this business venture and decided to hand the keys back. (Let along Nick calling me to and telling me I have to leave the property in 4 weeks as landlord want to sell the property, imagine if I had my family living there, would I have been to find another property within 4 week) I can stepped into this property around 3 times just for a welfare check during the 5 months I rented the property. I decided to give the keys back and now Nick from Ellenbrook is stating that I left their property in a bad way. I asked Nick to show me the photos of the property prior to me signing the AST so I can compare from when I received the property to when I gave it back. If I did cause any damage I would be happy to pay as I have BTL properties myself and know how it feels when tenants leave the property in a state. He decided to deducted £700 from my deposit and avoid my phone calls. I know the person who had the property prior to me and Nick did the exact same thing with them. He charged them for cleaning, repairs etc handed the keys to me without spending a penny of the money he deducted from previous tenants and done the same thing with me. I would be very careful when dealing with Ellenbrook Estates, make sure you do your own due diligence and keep photos and emails as it seems Ellenbrook have a thing for lying and claiming for untrue repairs, cleaning and maintenance.
