   I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded, tinted, and waxed, along with makeup and hair done for over 10 years, and Bal truly stands out. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave excellent advice on shaping and colour. I left with brows that look natural yet stunning! The staff are always friendly and welcoming.    i went to bal for threading and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. she was gentle, precise and really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. my eyebrows are so nicely shaped now, and the whole process was quick but not rushed. she made me feel comfortable throughout and i could tell she really cares about her work. definitely recommend her if you’re looking for clean, professional threading!

   I went for a brightening facial with deep cleanse, I have never had such a relaxing facial, the face massage was the best I ever had, my face looked amazing after, my skin felt rejuvenated and was glowing.    The worst make up I ever made. All they care about is money. When you can't do make up for a black person just leaveit. I did my make for my birthday party it turned out horrible . I went back home and washed off and did a New one .

   Had myself a Hollywood wax today, the lady was so accommodating, very professional, held conversation easily whilst waxing nice a quick not as painful as I expected which is always a bonus. Very please with the end result will be goin agian would highly recommend. I've also had my eyebrows done here an they listen to what you want, which is perfect.
