   Been going to Sunny Nails for years now and I've always been satisfied with my nails. Hannah and her team are always so friendly, patient and professional. I can comfortably consult her about what designs I want, and sometimes she'll even suggest some bits to make it better. My nails always turn out way better than expected. Hannah would regularly check in during the process, and make sure I'm satisfied with every stage and that makes me feel comfortable to speak up if theres anything i want to amend. My nails would last really long too, I normally go back every 6~7 weeks and never had any issues with chipping.

   I book my appointment at Sunny’s every 4 weeks and it’s always a pleasant experience. The salon is clean, well-lit and the staff are polite. Lisa, in particular, is great at what she does. Whenever she does my nails, I’m never disappointed. She’s lovely and has great attention to detail. Thank you Sunny Nails and thank you Lisa!

   I’ve been going to this nail salon since my first year of uni, I’m now in my 4th. I wanted a Biab infill and plain baby pink. The lady was clearly inexperienced and cut my fingers with the drill and forgot to trim my cuticles … She layered so much Biab gel on my nails the heat spikes were absolutely unbearable. She trimmed my nails down way too short without consulting me. I paid £35 and my top coat started peeling and bubbling when I got home. I’m NEVER returning here again.

   They are consistently rough when handling nails and have caused my nails to bleed on multiple occasions. There is also a clear lack of attention to detail, and the quality varies significantly depending on who does your nails. I usually come here, but the standard of customer service is extremely poor.

   The lady who did my nails was amazing she really knew how to do a French tip at ease. They didn’t have the colours I wanted but I was opted with a substitute and it turned out amazing!

   This nail salon is not transparent with their prices and it changes based on the client sitting in front of them rather than the service they have received. They have a price list but do not stick by it and claim that a product is more expensive. They made me feel uncomfortable and did not listen to what I wanted in terms of nail length and desired shape. I do not recommend this place.

   Great experience, the staff were really friendly and lovely and my nails were done super quick! I only asked for French tips and flowers but I wasn’t sure what design so I asked Hannah to do something nice and I love love the design it’s so pretty! I’d recommend making a booking and letting them know about your booking when you arrive as it does get quite busy and walk-ins work on a first-come-first-served basis. I’ve heard it’s much quieter in the morning but aside from the wait (which wasn’t really anyone’s fault) I had a great experience, would 100% recommend :)
