We found Craven & Co to sell our apartment really helpful and professional throughout the process. In particular, Annabelle helped with finding firms to do a few decorating jobs and then putting it on the market. Once we had our buyer, we were kept informed of progress, and then Tom Brook helped to get all the necessary paperwork lined up between mortgage lenders, the management company and solicitors, to get our sale completed. I have had many dealings with different estate agents over the years and I can honestly say Craven have been the most professional and easy to deal with to date. This year I have mainly dealt with Hannah and she has been extremely helpful and very obliging, nothing is ever too much trouble and she goes above and beyond. We sold our property through Craven last month. The responsiveness, support and advise was like no other. Very good contact, throughout, with Ben and team. We felt like we were very much looked after in professional, but also, most importantly, human and friendly way. This kind of service is not what you would get from other bigger businesses out there. Things like photos and ads were also highly professional and appealing. Craven sales team is highly recommended and it would be unwise to not give them a chance, when you want to sell your house.
