Absolutely loveliest bloke, had my MOT and a break fixing here. Cheap prices and does what you need doing without finding extra things to charge for. I live in scunthorpe now but still would rather travel here than find somewhere nearby and recommend it to everyone.
Excellent - had my cars MOT with a quick service, have been here for the past 3 years for MOT and never had any problems.
I am a Nurse and following a visit I was returning to work when I hit a pot hole causing me to swerve and 2 flat tyres. I contacted my break down and they were unable to come for 2 and 1/2 hours despite telling them I was a nurse and alone. I contacted Rick's to see if they could help they were and came to where I was took my old tyres and brought new ones. The weather was appalling and the young man was laid on a wet floor sorting them out. AMAZING service and my true heroes. Thank you you were amazing.
Brilliant car garage with excellent, friendly and hard-working staff. Very helpful and trustworthy mechanics. Would recommend to anybody that needs a car fix, MOT etc.
AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE! Took car in for MOT which cost us £300 to pass. Expected to pick up car in great safe drivable condition after spending that kind of money. Collected car and engine light was on. Garage admitted fault and changed 1 sensor. The following day the light came back on.. When handing our car over no engine light was on. Advised it was the other sensor but safe to drive and refused to replace even though they are at fault. 2 weeks on and our car starts to make a rattling noise from underneath the car. While we were driving the exhaust back box fell off.. WE HAD TO CALL AA OUT to recovery us. I seriously wouldn't recommend this garage at all. Earlier on in the year we took car in for coolant tank to be fixed as it was leaking.. This is still clearly leaking and we paid £50 for this to be fixed. We have taken car for a second check up as we didn't feel safe driving the car and received a bill of £480 to do all the work this garage was supposed to do plus other dangerous errors which should of been picked up on the MOT including a full exhaust, coolant tank and brake pads that had overheated and were dangerous to continue to use but previously told from this garage it was safe to drive.. I am not impressed. This garage has taken advantage of us and taken money for service they haven't provided.
