   My wife was booked in for 13:30 and arrived on time - only to be told when arriving that she was late and they’d wanted her there for 13:00 and they weren’t going to do her car?. Sent her away and said they’d rebook it if she wanted but they only work hourly on the hour.. Wasted an entire afternoon waiting for no reason

   I call them they give me appointment. I show up 9.o clock my car need MOT,I also find some noise I let them know they could find a problem at all. They say I have to empty my trunk because the noise come from my trunk.These advise is ridiculous. They give me another appointment for a next they they have change a exhaust-one part. Also my idea if I could speak about car mechanic he could resolve my main problem. I wait another 1 .1/2. hour because I come a bit far he didn’t even touch my car also say come up 2.big job(even I come for the appointment for a 2.day.) Finally my problem they didn’t sort it out. I waist 2-days from my Holiday.And my car still didn’t fixed.
