I struggle to find comfortable shoes and was really happy to find this shop. The service was exceptional. I found two pairs of shoes which is a rarity. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend

My daughter has sensory issues with her feet and this has been our second successful shoe buying visit! The lady that helped us again this time has the patience of a saint! Trying different options, with inserts and sizes to get just the right fit for a very fussy girl! Even got an extra pair for casual wear in the sale. My daughter did not want to even take them off. Very happy girl (and mum!)
Just passing and saw some nice sandals. Reduced in sale! Lady at till was so nice and said to keep the box in case I need to bring them back. Thank you so much from my cat Charlotte, who loves the hotter box!
This shop, conveniently sited in the main section of Bromley High Street, is well staffed with knowledgeable assistants. They were not pushy but ready to help when needed. The stock is well displayed. Many of the shoe styles, for men and women, are available in wide fittings as well as standard fit.
Given the best customer service today even though the sale was on. Found exactly what I wanted for my very wide feet and left very, very happy with my bargain shoes.
Fantastic service from the very knowledgeable Margaret. Their machine confirmed my very wide awkward small feet. Even though boots were not in stock in store , Margaret was able to order them and they fit perfectly thanks to her recomendations. Have since bought leanne 11 shoes online.

Interesting place with a 4 camera A. I. Machine for making accurate foot measurements Unfortunatly they didn't stock any shoes at my small broad and slightly hideous foot shape and size!
