Fabulous service from appointment and aftercare on a complex tooth extraction with Thomas and assistant Jenny. Routine cleaning with Ayesha always feels so thorough and beneficial in maintaining continuous cleaning, thank you all!

   Just had a tooth extraction with Dr Parker. I was extremely nervous and the staff were all fantastic and really calming. The procedure was done brilliantly with no pain and lots of reassurance throughout. I really love the telly on the ceiling as a good distraction when having work done, that helped and such a clever idea. Thanks so much for making this procedure as easy as possible

   It was my 1st visit to this dentist to say I'm pretty scared going to dentists is a understatement. The reception staff are marvelous putting you at ease. And and my treatment was amazing hardly no pain at all which in turn I am now more relaxed going for my second treatment all in all I think I've found my forever dentist I have never felt this calm about a dental appointment ever they are great highly recommend using this dentistry.

Everything - from making the initial appointment to my experience at the surgery to the follow-up - went easily and smoothly. In particular, I was impressed by the clear communication at each stage: what was happening and why, how much the cost was, what the next step would be. One never looks forward to dental appointments, but the staff at Primley Park made it as pleasant as possible.

   Louise carried out the hygienist appointment nicely. She explained what she was going to do, and why and also provided advice about how I should continue to care for my teeth and gums. I never look forward to these appointments but Louise and her assistant made this a positive experience.

   Hello, I just wanted to say how much I have truly enjoyed attending Primley Park for my implant treatment over the past 15 months. Not only am I wonderfully satisfied with the end result but every visit has been a pleasurable, safe and satisfying experience. Not knowing what to expect at first, and with the pandemic ebbing and flowing, every visit was perfect. Craig and Adam and the team did everything they described they would do and in a very efficient, professional and friendly way.    Iv been a patient at this surgery for over 30 years. My children were signed up to this surgery too. I have never considered changing they are the best. They care are helpful and nothing is too much for them I feel they always have your interest at heart. The 5 stars are well deserved.
