Kena and her assistant was amazing with my little girl today, prior to her appointment she was saying “I don’t want to go dentist” Kena let her play with the tools and her lion and made my daughter feel so comfortable, to the point as she was leaving my daughter asked if she could go again tomorrow l! I recently attended for a check up appointment with Kenna and dental assistant Sheryl. They were very thorough and took the time to explain everything which instantly put me at ease. I then returned for a filling and a clean and polish and it was the quickest and most painless procedure I have ever had. They are both so friendly and welcoming! After fearing the dentist my whole life I left my appointment feeling so much more confident and I just wanted to say thank you!
Bupa Castleford is a very good dental practice. I would highly recommend them. I’ve recently had a dental implant and the level of service I’ve received has been amazing. Mr Hussain also called me at home on a Saturday night to see how I was getting on with the treatment I’d had. which I really appreciated. Thank you Bupa Castleford.
Emergency tooth extraction, the dentist david and his nurse where great and made me feel at ease. No fuss at all the extraction took all of about 10mins. The only issue i find with this practice is that getting appointments is very difficult however when i do get in to see a dentist im happy with the service I receive.
I am extremely pleased with my visit today. The reception staff always have a welcoming, caring manner. The dentist David Hirst is very professional and friendly. He explained my treatment options in detail and made me feel at ease. He is a credit to your team.
Numerous times trying to get through on the phone and no answer. Had mine and my husbands checkups cancelled and was told to call back in 3 months to re-book. To be told the same thing again in 3 months. To then be told they will put us on a list and call us when they had some appointments. However if we wanted to go private and pay they could fit us in. Still waiting for the phone call and font hold much hope of getting sn appointment either.
I have always had outstanding service from the team at Castleford. The reception girls are incredible and nothing is ever too much trouble. Debbie & Julie are like old friends. My husband Karl saw Lorna Coulson today for treatment and he was so impressed. She was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and professional. My husband was so relaxed, he almost fell asleep. Thank you to all.
