Excellent service - Dr Tambar and Alex were brilliant at dealing with someone who hates the dentist and struggles to breathe through their nose. Highly recommend for those that are anxious about the dentist.
Shocking service, was slightly late due to the infamous Leeds traffic travelling all the way from Halifax. When pressing the buzzer after 5 mins waiting go told by a rather cocky and rude lady your late and your not getting your appointment, asking about the £50 payment rudely told we your not getting it back. What happened to customer service, the rude lady stating there is other patients but yet I could book in for 7pm online. Wouldn’t use this service and will be reporting to the dentist service and also trading standards. Raised a charge back with bank. Be careful and use NHS. Says something when there front door is smashed to bits.
I had a consultation and filling done on the same day, which was really convenient. The dentist explained everything clearly, making sure I understood the process before starting. While the price was on the higher side, the treatment was quick, efficient, and completely painless. I was given a few options but decided I I go ahead with same-day treatment. Overall, a smooth and professional experience—I’d definitely recommend.
As always, an excellent service from all at White 32. I've had several treatments here and at no point did i feel rushed or pressured into any decisions. Sam is meticulous in his work and always makes sure to do his job to a high standard. All the staff members are very friendly making each visit a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who feels nervous about visiting a dentist as it has a relaxed atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. A special thank you to Sam and Alex who have been brilliant and professional from the very beginning.
I had a great experience here after chipping my tooth. I paid £50 for a same day emergency appointment (which included full assessment, X-ray and treatment plan) all arranged easily online. I was given quotes for several options to fix the chip and the treatment was completed in the same appointment (with a follow up a week later). Great customer care throughout from everyone I spoke to. Thanks Dr Poppy and team. Definitely recommend!
Perhaps I was naive but I made an appointment with this dentist because they are listed as “Emergency Dentist” on Google. But after being quoted £1700 for the work (after paying £50 for the appointment) it was abundantly clear that it was a typical cosmetic focused dental surgery and not somewhere to seek emergency work
Really happy with the service from them. Poppy and her team have been so welcoming when I’ve been for my appointments. Never previously been a fan of going to the dentist but they put me so at ease. Would recommend them to anyone.
From first contact with White 32 to completed job (broken & painful molar extraction) ALL staff were excellent. The consultation identified what was needed & explained options, etc. The procedure itself was executed efficiently, accurately, and reassuringly. Follow up was thorough and I felt well looked after. Would recommend this practice 100%
Had to come here tonight for an extraction. I'm absolutely petrified of the dentist but these 2 helped me so much. Extraction went as planned and they talked me through the whole process, others have mentioned price but you can't put a price on ending pain! Place is absolutely spotless too!
