I had a wonderful experience. Everything was explained well and action was taken on my broken tooth. Felt no pain with the injection and was very relaxed. It was honestly a good experience. The tooth was repaired with a filling. I felt relieved, but after about eight hours and during dinner eating pasta the filling fell out ☹️. Disappointed. Will have to phone up and get another appointment again.
Absolutely brilliant with me ,from calling up the staff were very polite,to when arrived and greeted me with a smile and politely. To the dentist chaired and staff all was very good. Made me feel at home and was very understanding to my needs. Even kept checking I was ok during the produre. Loved the music in background too.
Arrived late due to late bus but was seen immediately. I had a filling and dentist was really professional, making sure I was happy with the result and thorough with clean and polish. No visit to the dentist is pleasant but was made as comfortable and felt valued. A positive outcome and happy with all aspects of the clinic.
We have been at Selby dental practice for over 20 years. Although dentists have changed we've always had positive experiences with all the different staff at the practice. It's always a warm welcome and very friendly. Mr Ali, who we all saw today, was thorough and we all felt we were taken good care of.
