Worse experience with Iram, very poor customer service, she gives you the feeling of being so cheap as a tenant. She didn't try to understand our needs and didn't give information how to prepare a satisfactory documents and didn't tell us the steps they will take as a first time tenant. Over all worse place I have ever been. Won't recommend them.
I have used Ascend for both the sale and purchase of property and have had great service on both occasions. Laura was so helpful during each step of the process and I really appreciate all the support she gave us to ensure everything went smoothly.
Ascend finalised the sale of our parents family home today. Ascend have been second to none throughout the whole process, Laura (Branch Manager) in particular, from the onset she took the time and trouble to get the ‘history’ about us and the reason for our sale, she led us virtually by the hand, from the first day to today, liaising with all necessary but keeping us constantly in the loop. Removing my 5 star review. Move in was simple. Staff were lovely when I initially moved in. I was happy with the customer service so had no problem with cleaning the spots their team had missed. However, communication became very sporadic with this outfit. At the end of my tenancy, Ascend made a load of nonsense allegations against me in an attempt to take my deposit. Thankfully I was able to provide evidence to disprove their claims, however due to the sheer number of false claims, one got through. I lost £75, despite no evidence whatsoever from the Ascend team. To any prospective tenant, please be careful with these guys. They will deliberately omit photographs from their check-in/check-out inventory reports. Very sketchy behaviour. I bent over backwards during my tenancy, out of good faith, as they were trying to sell the property on behalf of the landlord. Viewings, videos, etc. Clearly their sales staff were not up to the task, and they wanted a bit of quick cash to spruce up the place. Sad to see this company go so far downhill.
Fantastic service! Laura and Annabelle were incredible from start to finish in my house sale. It wasn't the most straightforward of sales, but they couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they constantly went out of their way to help me whenever they could. Highly recommend and I will be using them again.
Ascend were brilliant from start to finish on finding us a suitable tenant. They were always forthcoming with updates about what was happening and found us good tenants relatively quickly. Laura was fantastic throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough

We recently purchased a house through Ascend. We were really impressed with their professionalism and friendliness from the moment we initially made contact to arrange a viewing. We first met Laura, the branch manager, who was lovely and knowledgable. She told us about the area and knew about the house well. We spoke a lot with Annabelle via email until we finally met her for a second viewing. Not only was she lovely and professional but also super patient as we took forever in the second viewing. Annabelle then went out of her way to get the keys to us the day we completed as we did not arrive in time to the office. Overall, superb service and just lovely people all round.
