Been to many nail bars before, and HCNailStudio is hands down the best one I have ever been to. I just want to personally thank both Hannah and Chi for looking after me; both of them are extremely diligent and take the time to get the job done properly. I am one very happy customer and will be back very soon.
Have been using this salon for a while for manicures and always enjoy my visits here. Today I went with my friend for a pedicure and can only describe our experience as professional and very relaxing, would definitely recommend. Chi and Hannah are lovely, friendly people and always provide and excellent and friendly service.
I absolutely love this place. Since the start of September I have been here around 6 or 7 times and I won't go anywhere else now. They are both so professional and great to talk to during the treatment and are very creative so any ideas you have they just do it. It's great. Highly recommend and have passed on the places details to all of my family and friends :)
Nails look nice from distance but when you're wearing them yourself there is no way you'll be satisfied. When you're looking at them from the side, they clearly don't have the C-curve; some are flat and some are "bent" which is unfortunate because that would make the nails look cleaner and last longer. The biggest problem in my opinion is how the base is applied on your nails simply because its not secured properly and so it is falling apart. In my case there is also a problem with stickers which I wanted on my nails. Some of them are sticking out over the base creating holes or ugly hills on nails. I was surprised that the cuticles weren't pushed back or cut, I have regrowth nails much sooner than usual. Despite the nails being made poorly, the atmosphere was good and I've even got a Christmas present. The lady who was doing my nails made sure to create colours I would like out of glitter and even made samples just so I can decide which one I like the best.
