   Absolute joke is this place. After receiving numerous texts for checks up, even though I not long since had one, I decided to ring them at 8am. Waited on phone 45mins and no-one picked up. I shall have to take time out going in person, lets hope I see the reception staff busy otherwise I shall be annoyed. What is the point of booking apts online when no-one answers.

   Absolute disgrace , I’ve been waiting for a call back for over 4 years ! Yeah you read correct .. after call , after call I finally get to speak with someone , I’am Then promised the manger will call you next week ! Guess what , that’s correct still no call from the manager .. luckily I recited the call and this is been forwarded to my local counsellor… and they are all ready looking into Bupa Wakefield ..

   I think all the staff are wonderful. Even though they work under tremendous pressure, (especially the past few years). They remain both professional & friendly. I used to dread my dental visits. But since being at the Queen Street practice, I enjoy attending my appointments. Huge thank you to all the staff!

   I last went to this dentist for a check up a year ago...but I couldn't get through because their phones weren't working. I had to physically drive into Wakefield and into the practice to make an appointment in person. I have just tried to call up again (12 months later) and book another appointment but guess what...their phone lines are still not working!!! Abysmal. Honestly.

   I wouldn’t even give one star.. no answer on phone Iv tried for a week but when u go in the staff are just sat there talking! Then say they have issues with phone.,, the first thing a normal company/service would do is fix the phone line… it’s been months! Disgusting service and dentists there don’t even check u like a normal dentist should!

   The telephone system does not work and according to reviews here it has been that way for months. I was in reception and called, and it did not ring through to the receptionists. The receptionists are aware of this. Withholding caller number worked to get through, but only once. I wonder if it is an attempt to get less profitable customers to voluntarily change to another provider by deliberately making it impossible to get an appointment without calling in.
