Worse dentist ever. You can never get through on phone, they constantly put phone down on you when you get to number 1 in que. Dentist we always see is rude and blunt. No care for children that need emergency treatment. My boys been on a waiting list for almost 2 year and wev not heard anything so i rang up last week and theyv had to put him back on waiting

Amazing dentists and receptionist staff. I had extraction with Dr Muhammed Din. No pain at all, he also put a sponge in my gum for better healing. Very professional, highly recommend. Pawel.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely shocking experience. We came to South Elmsall Family Dental Centre for an emergency dental appointment our first ever visit. Upon arrival, we checked in at reception and were told go to second door on right and to go and wait upstairs. So we did we didn't even know there was an upstairs. After been here 45 mins I asked about the q hour parking out front as was worried about a ticket so I moved car was told parking warden doesn't come often but I still moved car. Them ater sitting there for 1 hour and 15 mins past appointment time an assistant finally asked for my partner’s name as she was curious as to why we hadn't been seen upstairs, only to tell us we were meant to be downstairs the entire time. Even worse, the receptionist then denied we had ever checked in, despite the fact they were the ones who told us where to wait. Because of this mix-up, the dentist my partner was supposed to see had already gone home. No apology were offered at all! They eventually managed to get us seen by someone else, but the whole situation was an absolute disgrace. Zero communication, no accountability, and we were left feeling completely let down during an already stressful time. Avoid this place if you expect basic organisation or professionalism. And to top all this off the receptionist was happy enough to question my partner on leaving our appointment as we were in just for 5 mins to question what she had had done Infront of other clients and people in the building which is a breech of patient confidentiality! NHS need to investigate this practice and stop them accepting emergency patients completely!

We have visited as a family twice now and been seen by Dr Mohammed Din. I cannot thank him and his team enough for the tremendous help, support, care and attention he has given to us all. Such a kind, patient Dr who was outstanding with my 5 year old and made him feel at ease. Thank you for all you do!

I've been coming here for years and have nothing but good things to say about this practice. I think a lot of the negative comments should be sent to the NHS/MP's rather than on here. Whenever I've had a dental emergency, they've fit me in at a time that I can make - not just on their terms. The receptionist are great, very friendly and accommodating - as are all of the staff there. I can't say I've sat and waited for a long time to be seen but if I was I'd accept that appointments don't always run to plan and better that you get the treatment that you need than rushed out. Over the years I've had 2 teeth out, never with a problem. I only came here to see what time they open as I can't sleep thanks to a broken tooth and was appalled to see so many bad comments but typically people only make the effort when they want to complain so please bear that in mind whilst reading some of them. 5 stars all round

Visited for the first time today and was so impressed. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming from the reception staff to the dental nurses. I’m a nervous patient who hasn’t seen a dentist in many years and I can honestly say after seeing Dr Khan today my fear has now gone! She was so professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. Thank you all for a great service. Would certainly recommend.

I have attended this practice twice now this year as a new patient. On both occasions the staff have been faultless. I was told I would be seen by a private dentist but pay NHS prices. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse put me at ease and reassured me. Very thorough and asked if I had any problems. Both appointments have been on time. I am very pleased with this practice and wish I had moved from my previous dentist sooner!

I visited the clinic for a check up after several years always putting it off as I’m a nervous patient. I really didn’t rate this clinic much but the options are limited in the area, Dr Mohammed Din the latest addition to the surgery dealt with me in such a calm understanding manner and was nice to have someone actually spend time and resolve the issue I was facing, rather than fobbing me off. Went through everything thoroughly even though I asked the Dr to repeat and explain each step to me several times. It’s hard getting into a dentist these days, but if you need help contact these guys and ask for Dr Din, he will definitely help out and work to get you sorted. He is very busy so be patient and it is 100% worth every penny. He is Bloody great from start to finish. Can’t recommend him enough. I was quick to be checked in by the reception staff. The clinic was nice and clean as well as being modern. Overall he is a good caring person and it’s a bonus he has the best room in the clinic with a view as well as a TV to keep you distracted away whilst he is working. It’s a double bonus when the nurse (sorry I forgot the name) is also good and not moody as you see in some clinics and was reassuring me during the procedure. It’s good to know these two people get on and have a little banter between them keeps the environment happy and chirpy too. Keep up the good work and I’ll be seeing you in 6 months.
