The owner of the shop Des, is very rude and has atrocious customer service. I asked her to take a sample of my hair to see how the colour would look and she took a huge chuck from the top roots! Then she wouldn’t get back to me about it and stopped returning my calls and text messages! Then eventually after 4 weeks so sent me a picture, so I booked in and I told her exactly what I wanted and I asked for a price and she wouldn’t give it, so I looked on the treatment list and it looked reasonable. On the day of the appointment she said she couldn’t give me the style I wanted because she didn’t have time. This is so unprofessional and disgusting customer service! And then she had the cheek to overcharge me! She also let the bleach stain the back of my clothes and didn’t even apologise. I would highly recommend you stay away from this place. There are many more better places in Tipton with excellent customer service and manner.
Des is very professional, organised, friendly and everything she touch’s she does a very good job! She cuts mine and my daughters hair perfectly. Every time she does my facial honestly my skin looks brand new! She’s very helpful and honest too!
I have been going to Des over 15 years I highly recommend her salon she does a very good job on my hair I have never had a problem. I have had other treatments at the salon worth every penny I have also recommend my friends and family and they will always go there x
I wasn't too pleased with my dry cut only cut bit and straightened and after wash could not tell hair was cut as other hairdressers you can. I felt I wasted my money. I did not feel comfortable in the shop was dark not a happy place. Lady did my eyebrows was young lady not friendly.
Very helpful and friendly. I needed a last minute haircut and was seen even though it meant the lady had to stay late. Very reasonably priced and a very nice haircut. I would definitely recommend this salon and will be coming back. Thank you so much.
