I’ve been using this garage since I found them near my office, and they’ve always been friendly, welcoming, and genuine. They’re clear about what needs doing and when, and they always fit me in. Unlike other garages, they make everything simple and stress-free. I’ve recommended them to friends, and they’ve had great experiences too. Thanks for being such good guys – you’re a credit to your industry.

Well, where to start? It's a year ago today that a car a purchased from Savile Park Autos was put through it's MOT here. I've attached a picture of the MOT provided when I bough the vehicle, a Chevrolet Captiva. The vehicle passed with flying colours, no advisories given, a clean bill of health. One of the reasons I went to purchase the car. I immediately booked the Captiva in for a service, undertaken a few days after purchase. In his words, the mechanic instigating said service "this shouldn't have been let out the centre, never mind passed". Worn and corroded brake lines, corroded brake housing, rust and rot in every corner, clutch not aligned properly, ball joints corroding, exhaust falling apart from the catalytic converter to the back boxes, steering column misaligned, turbo housing compromised, engine misfiring and radiator cracked. I have spent over £4,000 getting the car up to road legal standards, all this garage passed it's MOT with nothing on advisories. I can see why some people give it 5 stars on here, probably because they let death traps fly through easily for a back hander. I have reported this to trading standards as well as DVSA, and I've had several conversations regarding this garage and Savile Park Autos that will be progressing further imminently. *update* Your reply saying the car passed the "minimum standard of roadworthiness" won't cut it unfortunately. Rust and corrosion doesn't set into brake lines over a period of 10 days. Ball joints don't wear away in 10 days. Suspension and shock absorbers don't show fatigue 10 days after an MOT. Obviously the think that people will read your reply and defend you when in fact your blatant disregard to car legalities and indeed driver's safety shows right through. I suggest you stop being cowboys and just sit back. The DVSA seem to think a case can be made so buckle up.

They gave a vehicle an MOT pass with no advisories. I purchased the vehicle two weeks after the test date, and did a new MOT that showed major defects, requiring hundreds of pounds to repair immediately so I could be on the road again. Reported to DVSA. Edit in response to the owner: this is not a fake review. The MOT test number is 4378 4603 4115 and was done 2 November 2021.
