So unimpressed with our visit to watch the new Avatar film. Paid over Β£50 for two cinema tickets only to find other people sat in our seats. The seats we ended up sitting in had a broken table and the other did not recline. Emailed customer services regarding this only to be told that they pass the feedback on?? This is poor customer service as we have paid for a service and the experience has not fulfilled this. We didn't complain to the staff at the time because the cinema was busy and the lights had gone out for the trailers. Will not visit here again or recommend to anyone.

An amazing place to be with a lot of options to shop from and a lot of places to eat at. I went here during the festive Christmas season and could see a lot of great decorations and activities going in the mall. If you want to shop and see things I would recommend to spare at least 3-4 hours for your day before you visit this place. Parking is free for the customers but the premium parking, near to shops, is now chargeable. This can be paid while the charges are confirmed on site.

Went on Saturday night to see a unpopular film. it was a great experience, as zero queues, quick to get snacks. great seat positioning (right in middle of screen). the screen was great, sound awesome. Clean. and even the "cheaper" seats were comfortable with lots of leg room for a 6ft man.

The shopping center is impressive in its size. Competent planning makes this place interesting for everyone, a large number of parking spaces. The number of expensive and high-quality stores is impressive. Very beautiful and interesting interiors are professionally made. Even a walk with children will be interesting and informative

My daughter decided to take me and her grandma out for a meal on mother's day. After we had eaten a sumptuous meal we then decided on an impromptu trip to the cinema. The film was great however, at the time there was a group of young men talking loudly throughout the film which was annoying to say the least. Several people left half way through the film. On leaving we alerted the door staff and advised them that there were youths cinema hopping and causing a nuisance. The member of staff simply smiled and said she would remember that for the next time ( whatever that means). There won't be a next time for me sadly.

Went to watch Avatar : The Way of Water. A great 3D film experience, on a pretty large screen albeit was privided with dirty glasses. Very comfortable reclining chairs, but way too warm an environment for my liking.

Enjoyed our visit. The snacks counter near the screen we were at was closed so I had to walk to the main counter. This wouldn't pose a problem normally but this time I was with my two sons. One is in a wheelchair and just got him sat on the seat in the auditorium and so had to leave him with his 12 year old brother to go get our ordered snacks. Would be great if a service was offered to bring it to you in the auditorium for these situations.

Expensive! Went to watch Matilda the Musical - came out Β£82 short - for the movies? I can’t comprehend how a child ticket is only Β£4 cheaper than an adult ticket. I enjoyed the movie but there was nothing special about Odeon to be charged such prices.

Cinema & toilets were clean. Tickets were reasonably priced and food deals weren't bad. Sadly large groups of kids standing up talking during the film, walking in / out and being quite disruptive spoilt the film - and despite the staff having cctv monitors, nobody came in to address this. I think the evening showings are going to be avoided in future!
