Not bad. The screens are good quality but the seats arent the best when compared with Vue cinemas. If you have small kids they need a booster which is just hard plastic so not too comfortable. Staff were great though and good service at the snack counter.
Great Cinema! I've Been Here Many MANNYYY Times And The Seats Are Decent And The Screens Are Great! The Snack Choice Is Decent, Seen Better But It's Decent. One Massive Plus To Going Here Is The Fact (dont show ur kids this line otherwise they'll beg to go) They HAVE ICE CREAM!! (Now your kids can continue reading) The Film Choices Are Relatively Large And Theres Always A Pair Of Seats! One Lil Drawback. The Food Is Expensive (no look at how much it costs for one packet of sweets) That's The Only Reason Why It's Not 5 Star!
Nice cinema, always clean and tidy, staff have been really helpful and nice everytime we have been. The cinema has been spotless each and everytime and the popcorn fresh. Have some good deals on popcorn and drinks which they do tell you about when ordering to save you money where possible.
It was really cold inside - needed to keep our coats on. the bucket of popcorn wasn't good and expensive too. Hot dog acceptable but wouldn't get either again. Nice staff so that's a positive.
Have seen today that Cineworld Leigh is at risk of closure as part of a cost cutting campaign. How sad. I know every time I've been, it has a good crowd - at least as good as any other comparable venue. Following Hollywood's output pause during Covid, any fool can see there's lag in the sector that can be made up. Financial backers should be factoring this in as a time to buy cheap shares, not calling in debts. Support our cinema!
Price for food as expected is high but the cinema itself is always clean and staff are lovely
Never been to a cineworld before, generally I go to Vue Cinema, the experience is different In a Vue Cinema their is way more space in the chairs and they recline and way more comfy, now in the cineworld seats they are tight confined and not reclining, but the worst of all watched the new avatar film waited along time to see this film it never finished and a cleaner was bobbing up and down cleaning, cost £45.00 for entrance with snacks and they have no respect for customers,
Went here for early morning show during the half term holidays, was getting my niece some popcorn asked for the smallest, the lady serving told me about the snackbox (think it was called this) you got popcorn, fruit shoot & a bag of chocs all for only £3.45 this was the morning price, a little dearer in afternoon but well worth it, thank you...
The staff are absolutely lovely the cinema is clean and tidy but the management dont cater for people who are gluten free and lactose intolerant and they refuse to give you hot water to drink even after offering to pay
