   GREAT staff...all very smiley and efficient! We enjoyed our recent visits but will not go again...until it is warmer! On the first visit we kept our outdoor coats on and I had my VAST scarf wrapped round my head trying to avoid the ( VERY unnecessary) air conditioning! Why, with the cost of electricity so high, would this be on at this time of the year?!) On our second visit I took my gloves too! My partner popped out to the reception to ask if the air conditioning could be turned down/off.....and she said she would.....but, if she did, it made not the slightest difference! Hopefully it will be warmer when we next visit!

   Over priced compared to other cinemas , uncomfortable seats and not a very good cinema , I'd rather travel to Chorley Reel cinema or Vue middlebrook. For the price of a train ticket and cinema entrance a trip to the printworks in Manchester is a better experience, as it is almost the same price as a ticket ilat the empire Wigan

   Love this place the staff are always so helpful and friendly. This makes it such a comfortable experience. There are plenty of screens and a good selection of films and events. They also go out of their way for special occasions like horror fests or midnight showings. Absolutely love it x

   We paid for premium seats but not sure why since the only difference seemed to be the colour. 2 bottles of water for £4.70 is an absolute rip off! The film was great but prefer Vue cinemas

   The staff do an excellent job hear, especially martialing the local kids who are not at the cinemas but trying to cause trouble with the patrons leaving.!!.. so .hats off to them I wouldnt have the patients to have to put up with that..furthermore they shouldn't have to police their own venue - that's why we have a police force!! So 5 stars just for the staff..0 for the managme for putting the staff in this dangerous position.. it's totally wrong .!

   Very good customer service. We visited last night and it was just the two of us in the screen. A very nice member of staff came over to us and asked if we would like the heating on because he saw I was still wearing my coat. It was a very kind offer and I felt very comfortable after I’d warmed up. Nice to see a business going above and beyond. Will be returning and would recommend to others because of the quality customer service.

   Went to a Midday showing of the new Bond film. Staff pleasant and friendly. Cinema was quiet. Best time of day to go if you want a 'private viewing'
