“My first time at Everyman and I was blown away by the fantastic customer service. As soon as we arrived we were wonderful greeted and shown a table before we waited for the screen to be open. A lovely guy with a beard and glasses came and sat to take our order - I couldn’t get over how incredibly friendly and polite he was. The service was worth every penny and the food was delicious.”

“Very, very good venue. The quayside theatre is very small and intimate, but holds a good crowd. We were there to see the "Ideal" stage show (which was absolutely brilliant) and it was a great trip. Two minor issues were that it was unclear when the doors would open, leaving quite a few people like us standing outside in rain and wind, which was not Ideal (see what I did there) Also the toilet roll dispensers are utterly dreadful, where you have to try and pull it out of a very tight opening and it invariably tears close to the holder. You know the ones I'm talking about... The rosé wine is delightful...”

“Went last night 27/10/2024. Cinema was modern and fairly price. Seats semi-recline. Seats comftable and quality of sound and picture was very good. Screen 11 was empty with only 6 people in allowed us to have a more personal viewing. Films was smile 5/10.”

“Fantastic cinema experience. My mate booked online for us to watch M:I - TFR in The Lounge - at a cinema that was equidistant between where we both live (circa 40 mins each). It was well worth the extended trip. Excellent value. Food and drink are prepped and in place by your seats upon arrival. Seats are super comfy and screen was a very good size. “Everything at Puss in Boots is always amazing. The food is consistently delicious, the staff are incredibly friendly, and both the team and management regularly check in to make sure you’re looked after. Every visit feels like a big family reunion — the atmosphere is always welcoming and full of good energy. Whether we pop in during a walk just for a drink, or bring family and friends who are visiting, it’s always our special go-to place. Everyone we take there ends up loving the experience and the food just as much as we do. The staff always take great care of us, and the manager often stops by our table with something new we have to try. I would highly recommend Puss in Boots to anyone in the Stockport area. The atmosphere truly makes you feel at home, and whoever you take there will leave with positive energy and appreciation for the warm interior and amazing service.”

“We celebrated our son’s 10th birthday in a private screen room at Odeon Chelmsford. The Manager and staff were very friendly and ensured that we had a good time. We really appreciate that they allowed to bring in our own party food. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the party and had great fun cheering and booing together in the movie climax. We would highly recommend a private screen hire to celebrate kids birthday.”

“Nice modern cinema based in Bolton's indoor market shopping centre. Plenty of parking in the multistory next door. We called during the day and virtually had it ho ourselves. Staff are nice and friendly. Very clean inside. Nice clean toilets. There's a bar serving alcohol and tea/coffee as well as snacks. A nice seating area for waiting before you go in.”

“Watched The Lion King at the Palace Theatre and it was absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere in the theatre itself is grand and historic, with great acoustics and comfortable seating. The performance was world-class, from the costumes and stage design to the music, everything was magical and immersive. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt smooth and well-organised. Truly one of those shows that stays with you long after the curtain falls. Highly recommend both the venue and the production!”

A very nice member of staff came over to us and asked if we would like the heating on because he saw I was still wearing my coat. “What a fantastic trip to Cineworld! I went to see Predator: Badlands and absolutely loved it – action-packed, gripping, and one of the best in the series! But the real highlight was the wonderful staff member Chloe who looked after me. She greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile and a truly professional yet heartwarming welcome that made us feel so valued from the start. When she noticed I needed a bit of extra help to sit comfortably, she quietly and kindly sorted out a stool for me without any fuss – such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience perfect. Chloe is an absolute gem and a real credit to Cineworld. The film was brilliant, but her kindness made the day even more special. Thank you, Chloe – I’ll definitely be back soon! ❤️”
